It's Too big! when we first spoke about the bag and planned out all of the dimensions, we added a little bit all around. This "little bit" resulted in a lot of play or movement of the white crate inside of the bag. I was able to take in the seams on the back of the bag to absorb most of this movement, but ultimately we'll have to re shape the pattern somewhat (before we go into production)

You really can't tell from these photos, but instead of the bag tapering as it gets taller on all for corners, the rear panel is now straight up and down.

Plastic stiffeners
The bottom of the bag has a heavy duty 1/8" ABS plastic stiffener that is removable on the bottom outside of the bag. This is designed to remain in the bag permanently to offer cantilever support beyond the Cetma rack rails

inside stiffeners.

There are 3 large pockets in side of the bag, The left and right pockets have stiffeners already installed. The front center stiffener is removed to flatten the bag for shipping.

I've found that these stiffeners and pockets may not be needed as the white crate keeps the bag pretty stiff. I recommend having the couriers test the bag with and without the stiffeners

Bottom Attachment System: Per our discussion, I've made a a heavy duty attachment system to attach to the bag of the rack, at the widest point. To take the bag off, your courier will have to open a left flap, a bottom strap, and a right side flap that all velcro "sandwiches" together. There are also a front, left, and right bottom straps that secure to the bottom front and side panels of the bag. After putting the bag onto a bike, I think that we should add an additional left and right strap to reduce the minimal shifting that may occur. See photos and Video, Also, Please note, that the stiff white plastic panel in the photos below is the actual stiffener that is inserted into the bottom of the bag via an exterior flush pocket.

It's not as big, but still really big! After taking the rear seams in, the white crate fits much more snug. However, please keep in mind that the bag is designed for the newer full height flower packaging, and will be a little "too tall" for the current packaging.
